By completing a purchase on ReditX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
In the event of a technical error or duplicate charge solely caused by ReditX, please contact us at support@reditx.ai within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and, if verified, issue a resolution at our sole discretion.
ReditX reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, and credit allocations at any time. Such changes will not affect payments already processed.
Credits or coins purchased as part of a plan or as a standalone purchase are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside of the ReditX platform.
You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle, even after cancellation. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Subscription cancellations are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, you will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period or any unused credits remaining in your account.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited back under any circumstances.
